4.1 Service Pricing
Our service plans are priced as follows:
Basic Plan: ₦50,000/month or ₦510,000/year
Plus Plan: ₦80,000/month or ₦850,000/year
Pro Plan: ₦100,000/month or ₦1,050,000/year
Add-on services are priced separately as indicated on our website.
4.2 Payment Terms
Payment is due upon engagement of our services. We accept payment through secure payment gateways. Monthly plans renew automatically unless cancelled. You are responsible for maintaining current and accurate payment information.4.3 Refund Policy
Once services have been rendered, fees are non-refundable. If you wish to cancel your service, you may do so by notifying us at hello@ashercapitaladvisory.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Asher Capital Advisory and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our website or services, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or other damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of our website or services shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
